- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The answering service at Fred Browns Children office is absolutely terrible, every single time I call. They answer and put you directly on hold (even when you try to speak) for 30 mins or they just hang up on you. When they do answer they are extremely rude. I tried to explain my daughter was ill and the lady hung up on me after I held for 30 minutes! I also told them I waited outside for 30 minutes because I was told they would reopen the doors at 12. I waited until 12:30 and nothing, I finally had to leave and take my daughter to the E.R. ,now I will have a huge medical bill when I could have just seen a doctor. This has been going on for years, if anyone knows who I can contact that is in charge please let me know!December 17, 2016by A Google User
